Arrive with time to settle, and keep your personal care considerate of others. Silence holds the room together, so move with unhurried attention and let the space stay quiet for everyone practicing.
Our studio is fragrance-free so every student can breathe deeply and fully. Please avoid perfumes, scented lotions, and essential oils before class.

A few clear practices help each class and workshop feel settled from the first moment to the last.
Devices
Phones silenced
Phones, alarms, and electronic watches stay fully silenced and stored in your locker during practice.
Shoes
Shoe-free areas
Shoes stay outside the practice rooms. Please leave them in the entry area to protect the floors and mats.
Props
Clean props after use
Wipe down your mat and return blocks and straps to their place once you finish, so the next student finds them ready.
