Cancellation notice windows
Individual classes require cancellation notice at least twenty-four hours in advance. This window gives our teachers time to offer your session to another student and keeps one-on-one time fair for everyone.
Group workshop reservations follow a forty-eight-hour advance notice window. Because workshops are planned around a shared group, we ask for earlier notice so your space can be filled from the waitlist.
Refunds and credits
How credits are handled
Eligible cancellations return class credit directly to your booking account. Here is how each situation is handled.
Account credits
When a cancellation falls within the notice window, class credit is returned directly to your student booking account for use on a future class.
Waitlist fills
If a spot opens in a full workshop, the place is offered to the next student on the waitlist. You will be notified when a spot becomes available.
Workshop transfers
To move to another workshop date, request a transfer before the notice window closes. Transfers are subject to available space in the new session.
